Q: How long does printing take?

A: Printing time depends on the type and quantity of your order. For small digital printing jobs, production usually takes 1–3 business days. For larger offset runs (like magazines or yearbooks), completion may take 5–7 business days.

Q: What files do you accept?

A: We accept PDF, PNG, and JPG files for printing.
Editable formats (AI, PSD, DOCX) may also be accepted if adjustments are required before printing.

Q: Can I request sample prints?

A: Yes. We provide sample or test prints for clients who want to check color accuracy, material quality, and layout before bulk production.

Q: Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

A: No. OVT currently delivers within Metro Manila only.
However, clients outside the area may coordinate their own couriers or pick up completed orders from our Taguig office.
